Preston & Savannah Elopement

One of my favorite weddings from this past year was an adventurous elopement in Cannon Beach, Oregon in the peak of summer! You may even recognize Preston & Savannah from engagement session in Tibble Fork, and their elopement was so fitting for their personalities and love for one another!

I met up with Savannah in the morning to help her put together her floral crown. She gathered flowers from a local floral shop to create her own unique bouquet and flower crown to wear for the big day! We then met up with Preston to have their first look among the trees near Cannon Beach and it was so intimate and beautiful!

After their first look portraits, we went over to the Bowpicker in Astoria, Oregon for the best fish and chips we’ve ever had, followed by some amazing ice cream by the water. Then we headed back to Cannon Beach for their small intimate ceremony (just the four of us!). After all, the day was all about their love story!

But even elopements can still include a bit of tradition, with a unique spin! Russell and I played a song for them from our iPhones to have their first dance to at one of the Cannon Beach overlooks. After the dance, we finished up with some stunning bridal portraits on the beach at sunset, which capped off such an amazing and fun day!

Congratulations to you both!
